Traders form Europe, Russia, Belarus confirmed their participation in V International conference “Belarusian Oil Refining and Oil Products Exports

V International conference “Belarusian Oil Refining and Oil Products Exports”, will take place on 2 – 3 April 2012 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

Over the past several years the event has proven to be one of the key events in region’s oil industry events calendar and has gained the status of a unique platform, regularly gathering managers and professionals working in oil and gas industry, in public and private sectors and in investment companies.

The preliminary thematic coverage of the 2012 conference has created unparalleled interest from Belarusian and CIS and oil industry professionals as well as their business partners from Western Europe.
Amongst confirmed participants are: Rosneft (Russia), Belorusneft (Belarus), Vitol (Switzerland), Sibur-Belservis (Belarus), Oilimpex Investment Limited (Czech Republic), Parallel-M (Ukraine), Eurasian Development Bank (Belarus) and others.

Amongst confirmed speakers of the conference are Sergey Lukyanov, TNK-BP Management, who will make a presentation on routes and volumes of Russian oil products after taxation changes (introduction of 60-66 regime)", Aleksey Vegera, Naftan Refinery, will make a speech concerning prospects and existing capabilities in providing quality oil products, as well as representatives of Belarusian Oil Company, Energy and Finance Institute Of Russian Federation, Consulting group A-95, Eurasian Development Bank (Belarus) and others.
